TTL launches another technology project, demonstrating pin bump, gate and trailing edge encapsulation removal.

Using GOM blue light 3D scanning, TTL’s own Process Automation Manager (PAM) and highly customised Siemens NX CAM software, we generate a Digital Twin of each individual casting and utilise PAM’s automatic feature detection routines to calculate unique CNC machining toolpaths that precisely match the actual geometry of each part.
