With a background in Mechanical Engineering and having amassed over 20 years of experience in developing bespoke Adaptive Machining Software solutions at TTL. Dominic heads up the technical team on software development for all the Adaptive Machining solutions.

With a career in Mechanical Engineering spanning nearly 30 years, Shaun has spent over 20 years working with TTL’s leading Adaptive Machining technology and now oversees all projects, both Adaptive and NX CAM.

Having worked for TTL for the last 14 years, Dave has a wealth of experience with our pioneering Adaptive Machining Solutions and heads up the Technical Support and Training Facility for NX CAM.

A long-serving team member Julian joined TTL in 1999, with an HND in Mechanical Engineering having worked in injection mould making, CNC & CAM. A member of the Siemens NX Value-added reseller team specialising in post processor development, working across both project teams.

Fran Wood

Fran joined the team in 2019 after 21 years with Siemens Gas Turbines. Fran brings years of NX CAM experience, and while he works with some adaptive projects, he is focused mainly on NX CAM projects. Fran is also the project lead on TTL's own Probing Plus software program.

Richard has been with TTL for 21 years as a Projects Engineer; he works across all projects, including adaptive with a focus on NX CAM and design. Richard began his career in a Toolmaking apprenticeship, leading to an HNC in Mechanical Engineering and has remained in the manufacturing industry since.

Joining TTL just over six years ago as Projects Engineer. Nandu earned an MSc (Hons) in Automotive Engineering and has already built ten years experience in the manufacturing industry. His focus is on all adaptive projects, from development in-house to deployment onsite with clients.

With over ten years of manufacturing industry experience and an HNC in Mechanical Engineering, Cassian joined TTL in 2015 as a Projects Engineer. Focused initially on all projects NX CAM-related, Cassian now specialises across the adaptive technology projects.

Paul joined TTL in 2015 as a CNC Machinist, promoted to Projects Engineer working across the adaptive and NX Cam projects. Working in development through to deployment onsite with our clients, more often abroad.

Clive joined TTL in 2016 as Projects Engineer working across both adaptive projects and NX CAM. Starting in an engineering apprenticeship, now with 36 years experience in adaptive manufacturing and NX CAM, Clive also works across all projects.

Joining TTL in 2001 as an administrator Mary has 19 years experience of working for TTL. Her role reaches across many areas of the business including but not limited to exporting goods, arranging engineer foreign and domestic travel and managing client visits to TTL.

Chris Mason

Chris joined TTL at the beginning of 2019 as a fully trained and qualified engineer, specialising in CNC programming. Chris is responsible for the manufacturer of fixtures to support TTL's adaptive projects. Additionally, he supports the project engineers with toolpath development.

Phil Smith

Phil’s career began as an apprentice in the Aerospace sector and has over 20 years’ experience in CAD/CAM systems, implementation, software development and post processing. As a member of the business development team, Phil's role is to support existing and new TTL customers.

Kristo Tomani

IT Support Engineer

Kristo joined TTL as an IT Support Engineer at the beginning of August 2023, after completing his master's degree in Computer Science. With a strong background in problem-solving skills and IT support, Kristo is responsible for assisting all staff with any IT problems or queries. Additionally, he brings knowledge of programming and machine learning.
