TTL High Performance Technology Days - 25, 26 & 27 November 2014

With TTL’s High Performance Machining Technology days fast approaching, TTL have now confirmed who their selected industry leading technical partners are to play host across the three days.

TTL’s live machining demonstrations will illustrate the importance of high performance machining and selecting the right technical partners for the event is essential as Managing Director, Rob Pope explains.

“Our event is all about high technology machining solutions and with presentations running throughout each day, we will demonstrate how invaluable it is to have the right combination of software, spindle tooling, metal cutting fluids, cutting tools and metrology.”

“So, with that said, we are delighted to confirm that our four Technical Partners are Haimer, Jemtech, Quickgrind and Renishaw.”

Haimer, the European market leader in tool holding technology, will be demonstrating their latest range of spindle tooling, shrinking and balancing machines. With Haimer’s fully equipped demo van on site, Haimer will be able to offer targeted advice tailored to customers’ specific needs and applications.

As with any high performance machining, high quality metal cutting fluids are fundamental. Jemtech the leading supplier of metal working fluids will be on hand to discuss their solutions for any machining issues customers may have.

Quickgrind, a leading manufacturer of precision, solid carbide rotary cutting tools is at the forefront of tool design and manufacture. With an international reputation for high speed cutting tools, Quickgrind will be available on the day to talk to customers about increasing productivity and optimising metal removal rates and tool life.

Renishaw will present their newly launched SPRINT system, which brings high-speed, high-accuracy scanning to CNC machine tools which is especially relevant in connection with TTL’s Adaptive Machining Technology.

Rob concludes, “We’re all really excited about our High Performance Machining Technology days in November, and it’s proving to be really popular with some high level industry players. So whether you’re wishing to discover how Siemens NX CAM can streamline your manufacturing, witness VoluMill and its ultra high performance roughing strategies or wish to understand more about TTL’s Adaptive Machining solutions with a unique and novel machining demonstration, it will be an event not to be missed.”
